Mr1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the mr1 platform. Please read it carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services offered. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mr1 platform through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mr1 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of the updated version. mr1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the mr1 platform management. You confirm that you have reached the minimum age permitted under local law to use the services offered.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mr1 platform. Creating a second or multiple accounts using different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. mr1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Failure to submit the requested information within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains unauthorised access. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised.
- The minimum age to register is 18 years old.
- Only one account is permitted per individual.
- Personal information provided must be accurate and up to date.
- Users are responsible for the security of their own accounts.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Mr1 platform users agree to use this service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate games, use automated software or bots, or disrupt the experience of other users is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using false information or a false identity during registration or verification.
- Conducting transactions related to money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
- Using any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Attempting to access another user's account or any restricted area of the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and the forfeiture of balances without compensation, depending on the severity of the violation.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mr1 platform are conducted in MYR. Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. mr1 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set according to the user's account tier. Withdrawal requests will be processed within standard business hours. Users may be required to complete additional identity verification before withdrawal requests above certain amounts can be processed. All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed unless a technical error is proven by mr1.
Mr1 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of applicable bonus terms.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The mr1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be available without interruption, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, mr1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Mr1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide identity verification, or misuse of promotions and bonuses. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mr1 platform, including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software code, is the exclusive property of mr1 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from the management.
Third-Party Links
The mr1 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment providers, or live streaming platforms. mr1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Amendments & Governing Law
Mr1 reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered account email. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may contact our support team to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mr1 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
